My (not) Ramen is a spin on a classic Japanese dish, with a few key changes to fit a healthy, low-carb lifestyle. The "yam noodles" or Konjac noodles popular in Japan as a diet food and they're a great option for our rich, savory soup.
- Smoked pork Belly
- 1 pack "yam noodles" or "Konjac noodles".
- 10 shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 bunch asparagus
- 2 miso truffles (coming soon)
- 1 Ramen Bone Broth ( I'm partial towards Nate's Bone Broth, but use what you like)
- 1 Jalapeño
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 pack seaweed (however much you like)
